Rice is not only considered a vital part of Indian culture, but the whole Asian community as well. It\u0092s hard to imagine a meal without rice. People do need some sources of healthy carbs <\/a>and rice can be a relatively safe and much better option. When it comes to the health part, most of us avoid. Most common complaints we hear against white rice are on the lines of \u00a0\u0093It will make you fat<\/a>\u0094, \u0093it has no essential nutrients\u0094, \u0093it\u0092s white so it\u0092s bad (unhealthy)\u0094 and, \u0093all white things are unhealthy\u0094.
